MiPony is a handy download manager that offers some cool additional features. For instance, it lets you set different priority levels to your downloads, it automatically re-attempts the downloads when random errors occur, and it puts you in full control over how many files can be simultaneously downloaded from a website or server. Since often the files that are stored on free servers are split into smaller parts, MiPony offers a built-in file joiner that lets you quickly put together the downloaded parts into the complete file.
Another cool thing about MiPony is the fact that it comes with an embedded browser which allows you navigate web pages until you find the download links that you require. An automatic download link detection feature is already included anyway. Integration with Firefox and IE as well as a web interface that allows remote controlling MiPony are also supported.
MiPony supports automatic logging and downloading from various file sharing Premium services like Zippyshare, 4Shared, Putlocker, and so on. Plugins that allow decoding captcha codes are also available.
Last but not least, MiPony is really easy to use. Its interface is neat and straightforward. Considering that this tool is also free, I'd say it's clearly worth a try if you ever need a handy download manager.
